This is a comprehensive total body strength training plan that will teach you the basics of exercise, help you build endurance, strength and consistency in your workouts. Most days will take 20-35 minutes so make sure you plan ahead! You will need some light weights for this program. I’ve attached a link in the first day of the program that shows some suggestions of what to have on hand. Some moves are performed on the floor so make sure you have the ability to get down and up and a mat or other soft surface to protect knees & hands. You may want to have a chair or wall close by for balancing moves. Here we gooooo! Pro Tip: share this with a friend and complete it together! Together is better!!
