A simple to follow 4-week plan to help guide you through total body fitness workouts. Each day will require 30-45 min of your time. Each week includes 1 rest day completely off from working out. In order to change your body and improve your fitness, you must stay consistent and build the habit of movement into your life. This plan is designed to help you feel and look stronger as well as improve your cardiovascular health if you follow it to the letter! If you miss a day, don’t beat yourself up. Pick up where you left off, and don’t skip ahead as these workouts are designed to get progressively more challenging as the plan goes. If you’re a beginner, start with light weights or no weight at all. If you’re not a beginner use challenging but not impossible weights for each movement, focusing on technique and range of motion rather than speed.
